FGS moves in with parent company, new offices on Park Street
FGS The Restoration Company moved its offices today to the Madison headquarters of its parent company, Wisconsin Management Company, going from 2210 S. Beltline Court around the corner to 2040 S. Park St. The relocation paves the way for FGS to improve efficiency by capitalizing on the resources available at WMC, which has been in business since 1977 – 11 years longer than FGS.
The 11-person production team – carpenters, drywallers, cleaners and painters – at FGS has been merged with the 14-person maintenance staff at WMC, and FGS’ nine-person office staff now works under the same roof as six dual WMC-FGS employees and 50 other WMC employees. The Beltline Court property is on the market, although FGS is maintaining its warehouse and cleaning shop there until the property sells.
