FGS The Restoration Company has compiled a Mitigation Action Plan (MAP) for The Landing condominiums in Madison. Russ Dobitz toured the 64-unit property in November, providing emergency planning to help The Landing reduce risks and losses from natural disasters, including fires, floods and tornadoes, as well as manmade disasters, such as vehicle impact and vandalism. The Landing hung water shutoff tags around their property, and Dobitz assisted The Landing with the development of a MAP customizing the steps to take during an emergency, that way if disaster strikes, they’re prepared to respond.
