FGS The Restoration Company recently renovated a two-bedroom unit at the Knightsbridge Road Apartment Homes in Waunakee, a property that’s managed by FGS parent company Wisconsin Management Company. We repaired drywall, resurfaced a bathtub and restructured closets to install new wooden doors. Plus, the apartment received new carpet; new kitchen appliances; new cabinets and countertops in the kitchen; new vinyl flooring in the kitchen and in the bathroom; a new bathroom vanity; new doors and oak trim; and a fresh coat of paint.
