FGS The Restoration Company completed a remodel this month of a bathroom at 1127 Drake St. in Madison, a single-family home that’s managed by FGS’ parent company, Wisconsin Management Company. The $10,600 job took two months, as the entire bathroom was gutted, with a new shower, a new vanity, a new toilet, new light fixtures, new hardware, new flooring and new trim. FGS crews removed asbestos, and the renovation required plumbing and electrical work, as well as drywall work and painting.
