Happy anniversary to FGS The Restoration Company President Russ Endres, who has worked for FGS’ parent company, Wisconsin Management Company, for 35 years! Endres was the impetus behind the 1988 founding of FGS. He started with WMC in 1979, became Vice President and General Manager in 1982 and has served as President since 1992. He also created WMC’s federally assisted housing division in 1994. He’s a founding principal of WMC Realty Advisors and a board member of the Wisconsin Council for Affordable and Rural Housing and the Apartment Association of South Central Wisconsin.
